About the Growth Department:

The Growth team is a core pillar of our Revenue Marketing organization. We sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and sales, driving high-velocity acquisition for our Pro segment and targeted ABM motions for Enterprise. Our mission is to capture demand, generate pipeline, and optimize our GTM engine continuously.

The Role:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern for a 5-6 month mission. You will be hands-on in designing, running, and optimizing campaigns that directly impact our revenue engine, collaborating closely with Sales, GTM Engineering, and Revenue Operations.

Your impact at Brevo :

  • Campaign Management: Design, run, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
  • Outreach Orchestration: Coordinate, refine, and test outbound email sequences to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • System Optimization: Partner with our GTM Engineer to constantly improve and scale our outbound and outreach systems.
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate directly with the Sales team to gather feedback on generated leads. Use these insights to refine audience filters, targeting logics, and segmentation.
  • Strategy & Ideation: Actively propose and test new growth strategies to unlock new acquisition channels.
  • AI-First Approach: Leverage and adapt to new AI tools to accelerate campaign learning, improve copywriting, and scale operations efficiently.

  • Strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven marketing.
  • Curiosity and adaptability, especially regarding new AI technologies and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and eager to propose new ideas.
