Responsibilities
- Drive platform adoption in your market --- through community building, ecosystem partnerships, outreach campaigns, and the channels that work for your territory.
- Build relationships with startup communities, accelerators, incubators, and founder networks so Boardio is the first name they think of when a company needs advisory support.
- Convert companies quickly onto our Connect service (€890 flat fee, low friction, no long sales cycle) --- volume and momentum are the goal.
- Own your acquisition funnel. This isn't account management --- it's growth.

Who we're looking for
- People who think in acquisition channels and growth loops --- not just individual client relationships.
- Connected to startup ecosystems: founders, accelerators, incubators, or online founder communities.
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven --- comfortable working independently, motivated by results.
- Comfortable with digital tools: CRM, LinkedIn, outreach automation, community platforms.
- Bonus: experience at a marketplace, platform, or early-stage startup in a growth or business development role.
No senior corporate background required --- we care about execution and hustle, not years of experience.
This position is fully remote and open globally. We're actively looking for people in markets where Boardio has room to grow.
