We're Hiring: Supply Chain Manager

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations in a remote work environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating complex processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods, information, and resources across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business objectives
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and demand planning
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and service excellence
  • Manage inventory levels and forecasting processes to balance product availability with cost efficiency
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, disruptions, and bottlenecks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and French and European Union regulations
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives related to supply chain transformation, automation, and digitalization
  • Develop and maintain supply chain documentation, reports, and operational procedures
  • Support vendor evaluation, contract management, and supplier performance reviews

Requirements

  • 3--5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, operations, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory management, demand planning, and logistics operations
  • Experience with ERP, supply chain management, warehouse management (WMS), or transportation management systems (TMS)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel; experience with business intelligence platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of French and European Union supply chain regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvements
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Fluent in English; French language skills are highly desirable
  • Based in France with legal authorization to work full-time
