DESCRIPTION
The Seller Success Department's mission at Back Market is to source great products that our customers want, working with thousands of refurbishers selling on our platform.
The Sellers Operations & Intelligence team being the backbone of the Seller Success Department, drives convergence, efficiency, and data-driven insights across all seller channels and geographies.

You'll be the wizard behind the curtain, making everything run smoother for our Seller Success team while uncovering insights that drive real business impact.
What you'll work on:

Build and refine the dashboards and reporting tools that help Seller Success Managers track performance and spot opportunities

Streamline team workflows by identifying bottlenecks and eliminating manual processes that waste time
-
Run and optimize our seller incentive programs, ensuring they're fair, effective, and actually motivating
-
Act as the data quality guardian, making sure our business reviews and decisions are backed by accurate, trustworthy numbers

Partner with Analytics, Product, and commercial teams to design scalable solutions that grow with us

Hunt for opportunities to leverage AI and automation to make us faster and smarter
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐
You have:

Fluent in English
-
3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, business intelligence, or equivalent hands-on operational roles
-
Strong analytical chops with solid experience using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
-
Strong sense of Ownership & positive learning attitude
-
Good organization & communication skills, and not afraid of writing structured documents
-
A track record of supporting commercial or account management teams with processes, tools, or performance tracking
-
Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and how to make processes better
Nice to have:

Experience with marketplace or e-commerce operations
-
Background in designing seller or partner programs
