Job Description
The Learning & Development (L&D) team collaborates closely with People Partners and Managers to drive the internal training of Back Market employees. We engage with diverse subjects and missions, staying current with HR trends and communication tools like Canva and Confluence. Your Mission (If You Accept It)
- Act as a superadmin for our new Learning Management System (LMS), proposing and implementing specific learning paths (onboarding, data, maternity leave, etc.).
- Enhance our e-learning catalog (in-house and external).
- Lead the newcomers onboarding process and ensure training compliance monthly.
- Manage the annual learning calendar for non-digital initiatives (upskilling, management, mental health, and well-being at work).
- Conduct reporting and data analysis.
- Set up and input training events, manage registrations, coordinate recurring internal and external initiatives, and oversee reporting and analytics (LABM, etc.).
- Ensure training follow-up is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage training logistics with providers (Meet links; sending pre-work and post-work); communicate directly with participants at all levels and contribute to a positive learner experience by anticipating and responding to participant and facilitator needs.
- Develop innovative and engaging ways to promote courses and learning opportunities to all employees.

- You have prior experience in similar roles through internships, student associations, or volunteering.
- You are seeking an apprenticeship.
- You are fluent in English.
- You can thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple offices, diverse cultures, and remote work, while simultaneously managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- You are organized, possess great attention to detail, are comfortable with data reports, and are eager to learn new tools.
- You have strong communication skills, connect easily with others, and have a natural inclination to care for people.
- You are empathetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
- Bonus points if you have experience with: Canva, HR Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, Training Management Systems, Google Suite.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP: ℹ️
- Starting date: September 2026
- Duration: 12 months (until August/September 2027)
- Schedule: Ideally 3-4 days at work and 1-2 days at school per week.
- Location: Bordeaux, France
- Contract: You must be enrolled in a Work-study program in a French school (contrat d'alternance/ d'apprentissage).
