Back Market for Business (B2B) was launched 2 years ago as a platform dedicated to providing companies with refurbished IT hardware (smartphones, laptops, and tablets) for their employees.

We are looking for our next B2B Sales Apprentice to help the team grow and perform! It is truly a polyvalent Sales opportunity (Account Management, Business and Sales Development).

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Onboard and manage Pro customer accounts through both inbound and outbound channels (email, phone calls), primarily serving SMEs (PMEs) and mid-sized companies (ETIs).
  • Support clients in executing their supply acquisition strategy, covering smartphones, tablets, and laptops mostly, with varying levels of complexity: from straightforward purchases to sourcing assistance, price negotiation, and value-added service offerings.
  • Drive the transition from a transactional to a relationship-driven approach: moving beyond deal-closing to building long-term account management practices.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • Looking for a 12-months apprenticeship that offers real responsibility and strategic impact.
  • French and English fluency (C1 minimum - fully fluent for phone calls or on-site visits).
  • Business-savvy with analytical skills - ideally with previous commercial experience, especially in e-commerce.
  • Excel master - pivot tables, data manipulation, and turning numbers into stories are your jam.
  • Salesforce experience is a huge plus - but we'll train the right candidate.
  • Highly organized with exceptional communication skills and a "get stuff done" mentality.
  • Natural collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP: ℹ️

  • Starting date: September 2026
  • Duration: 12 months (until August/September 2027)
  • Location: Paris, France
  • Contract: You must already be enrolled in a Work-study program in a French school (contrat d'alternance/ d'apprentissage).
