Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Paris, with the flexibility to work from home on specific occasions. The Junior Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on regulatory and operational transformations, identifying key improvement areas, and designing tailored solutions to address their challenges. The role involves analyzing business processes, formulating strategic recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in regulatory frameworks, governance, or operational processes in the banking, asset management, or insurance sectors appreciated
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and propose practical solutions
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders
- Adaptability to hybrid working environments and the ability to collaborate with both on-site teams and remote colleagues
- Fluency in French is required; English is a must; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in consulting for financial institutions or related industries is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI would be a plus
