We're supporting a major global consultancy on a long-term E-commerce transformation programme for a leading luxury retail brand.

This is an excellent opportunity for an E-commerce-focused Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager looking to work within a large international digital ecosystem.

What you'll be working on:

• E-commerce platforms and digital customer journeys
• Order, payment and inventory-related business processes
• Business requirements gathering and functional analysis
• API and system integration projects
• Incident management and operational support activities
• UAT coordination and release support
• Collaboration with business and technical stakeholders across Europe

Required Experience:

• E-commerce, Retail or Digital Commerce environment
• Business Analysis, Product Ownership or Project Coordination experience
• API / Integration projects
• Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools
• UAT, testing or application support exposure
• Fluent English
