SAP Supply Chain Consultant (M/F)

The Antalis Group headquarters is recruiting a SAP Supply Chain Consultant (M/F) on a permanent contract.

Missions:

The consultant will join the SAP Supply Chain team, which manages procurement, purchasing, logistics execution, basic production, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and plant maintenance. Antalis utilizes a core SAP model as its central ERP system, deployed in 17 European countries and serving 2,000 users. SAP is integrated with other central applications such as CRM (Sales Force), Supply Chain optimization tools (Slim), BI (QlikView/QlikSense), E-Business, and local systems like WMS (Astro, Manhattan), TMS, and EDI.

Responsibilities:

The SAP Supply Chain Consultant will be responsible for both maintenance and project activities, taking ownership of assigned topics from initial analysis to implementation.

Maintenance Activities:

  • Ensure a thorough understanding of business needs or incidents.
  • Define workloads for evolutions.
  • Propose solutions, perform necessary corrections (customizing or functional specifications for development), and support the business.

Project Activities:

  • Gap Analysis:
    • Conduct gap analysis workshops, analyze business requirements, and identify gaps, issues, and workaround solutions.
    • Ensure adherence to the core solution.
  • Build Phase:
    • Design, customize, and configure the system.
    • Write specifications for necessary developments (interfaces, layout adjustments, reports, etc.).
    • Perform unit tests of the built solution.
  • User Testing Phase:
    • Prepare test sheets and training documents.
    • Conduct key user training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workshops.
  • Cutover Phase:
    • Participate in the accounting migration.
    • Ensure cutover activities are completed.
    • Provide post-go-live support.

Profile:

Professional / Behavioral / Languages Skills:

  • SAP Knowledge:
    • Deep knowledge of SAP LE modules and SAP/WMS interfaces.
    • Knowledge of SAP MM.
    • Ability to configure and build an enterprise structure, and support the creation of new plants, shipping points, and storage locations.
    • Clear understanding of key master data, definitions, and setup to support operations.
    • Proven experience integrating with third-party logistics (3PL) systems (mapping).
    • Experience with IDocs (distribution model ALE Layer, WE20) and integration tools, Sales menu.
    • Experience in data migration (optional).
    • Optional knowledge in some or all of the following modules: Production Planning (SAP PP), Plant Maintenance (SAP PM), Customer Service (SAP CS).
  • Autonomy and Priority Management: Ability to manage priorities independently.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to gather business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Communication: Good communication skills, clarity, and structure. A positive attitude and the ability to reassure stakeholders within a change management context are essential.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
