About Us

We are a scale-up company (70 employees) developing an innovative GenAI solution for large enterprises, including our own API and language model. Our international technical team (25 employees) is at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence research.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for complex products with strong API knowledge. You will report to our CTPO and lead a squad of 3 developers and 1 lead developer.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the roadmap for one of our GenAI solutions.
  • Direct the team's focus on important topics and priority features.
  • Address a wide variety of use cases through the API.
  • Manage the model gateway experience (clients configure available models, their routing, and default parameters).
  • Engage with clients and ISVs using the API, understanding their integration schemas and translating them into concrete product decisions.

Technical Environment (for information)

PostgreSQL, Redis, GCP, Python, Django, Node, DRF, TypeScript, Docker, FastAPI, Git, CI/CD, K8s, Jenkins, Vue3, Vite, Tailwind CSS + DaisyUI, LLMs, Vector Dbs.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role and context.
  • Solid technical understanding: ability to read code, navigate API documentation, and discuss infrastructure trade-offs with engineers.
  • Proficiency in LLM orchestration: RAG, tool use, agentic loops. You don't need to train models, but you know how to make them interact.
  • Strong sense of priorities: experience making difficult trade-offs between UI, API, backend reliability, etc. You know when to deliver and when to wait.
  • Experience launching products for developers: you think in terms of API contracts and Developer Experience.
  • Proactive and energetic: you are stimulated by complex problems and enjoy finding solutions independently.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Compensation & Contract

  • Gross Annual Salary: €70-80k depending on skills and experience.
  • Permanent contract (CDI only).
