PRESENTATION DU POSTE

As the Growth Account Manager - France within Amcor Flexibles EMEA, you will play a key role in the growth and retention of strategic accounts in the French market. Reporting to the Sales Manager - Growth Accounts South Europe, you will manage an existing portfolio of clients within our Coffee, Pet Care & Specialty (CP&S) Business Unit. This diverse portfolio includes established and internationally recognized companies, offering the opportunity to interact with various stakeholders and contribute to the development of sustainable partnerships in the French market.

You will drive strategic initiatives for your accounts in close collaboration with the Marketing, Commercial Excellence, R&D, and Operations teams, implementing concrete and sustainable growth plans.

You will join a collaborative and dynamic international sales team, composed of both experienced professionals and new talent. Knowledge sharing and the development of specific expertise are central to the team's functioning. Together, you will strengthen client relationships, identify new growth opportunities, and capitalize on the dynamics of a rapidly evolving market.

RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to strengthen Amcor's position and expand opportunities with French clients.
  • Strengthen client relationships by engaging key decision-makers and positioning Amcor as a trusted partner.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and collaboration with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and R&D teams.
  • Coordinate internal collaboration across diverse teams to propose innovative, high-value solutions for clients.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure operational excellence in close collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain teams.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting to support sales planning and growth in the French market.

Qualifications Requises

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Sales, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • B2B sales experience in the packaging or industrial sector (mandatory).
  • Experience working in large international companies (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in French and English (mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed environment.
