About The Role

We're looking for Social Media Content Evaluators to review AI-generated posts, captions, and comments, helping ensure the content feels authentic, on-trend, and appropriate for real audiences.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who's plugged into social media culture and has a sharp instinct for what makes content land. No marketing degree or content creation experience required --- just a genuine feel for what works online.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated social media posts, captions, and comments across a range of platforms and content styles
• Evaluate content for tone, relevance, engagement potential, and overall quality
• Identify posts that feel unnatural, off-brand, culturally tone-deaf, or inappropriate
• Assess how well AI content reflects current trends, platform norms, and audience expectations
• Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating scales and written commentary
• Work independently through batches of content on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Active social media user with a strong feel for what makes content engaging and authentic
• Culturally aware --- you understand tone, context, and how audiences respond to content
• Detail-oriented with a consistent approach to evaluating quality
• Clear and concise written communicator
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior marketing, content creation, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with content creation, community management, or social media strategy
• Background in communications, media, journalism, or digital marketing
• Familiarity with platform-specific norms across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, or similar
• Interest in AI development and how language models are trained
