About The Role

What if your experience as an online shopper could directly influence how AI recommends products to millions of people? We're looking for Product Review Analysts to evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations --- helping ensure that the AI systems people rely on for buying decisions are accurate, helpful, and trustworthy.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for quality and a familiarity with online shopping. No retail or e-commerce background required --- just solid judgment and a commitment to doing good work.

What You'll Do

• Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, descriptions, and comparison content across categories like electronics, home goods, fashion, and more
• Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, and natural tone
• Identify misleading claims, fake-sounding language, factual errors, or unhelpful responses
• Provide structured, detailed feedback using evaluation rubrics and written commentary
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Familiar with online shopping and product research --- you know what a good review looks and feels like
• Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to evaluating content
• Able to assess quality objectively and communicate your reasoning clearly in writing
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI, retail, or e-commerce experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in writing, editing, journalism, or content creation
• Experience with consumer research, product testing, or quality assurance
• Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
