Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
Identity is at the heart of most modern enterprise security failures --- and AI needs to understand that deeply. We're partnering with leading AI research labs to find IAM professionals who can help train and evaluate AI systems on real-world identity security scenarios.
If you've spent years working with SSO pipelines, access reviews, and privilege escalation paths, your expertise is exactly what's needed to make AI smarter about enterprise security.

What You'll Do
- Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and failure points
- Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related security failures
- Evaluate zero-trust architectures and access design decisions for accuracy and risk
- Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and benchmark AI systems
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly shapes how AI reasons about IAM risk
Who You Are
- 2 years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
- Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege models, and access review processes
- Familiar with how identity failures occur in practice and how attackers exploit them
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
- Able to work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping, or SailPoint
- Background in cloud IAM (AWS IAM, GCP, Azure RBAC)
- Familiarity with zero-trust frameworks or compliance standards (SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Prior work in red teaming, penetration testing, or security architecture
