We are looking for an Apprenticeship Agreement - Educational Engineer / Digital Learning Designer (M/F) for a 24-month period, as part of a Bac +4/5 program in training, educational engineering, or digital learning.

Your Future Missions

As an apprentice in the Sales Training Engineering team, you will contribute to the development of the Digital Learning training offer for insurance intermediaries and employees.

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and creating digital educational materials: e-learning modules (Storyline, Rise - Articulate 360), videos, tutorials, and multimedia resources, based on content provided by subject matter experts.
  • Contributing to the entire digital training design and production process.
  • Participating in skills development projects within L'Abeille Académie.
  • Assisting in the administration of the LMS (WBT Manager - Xperteam).
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and trainers, and supporting them in their training development projects.

Your Work Environment

You will join L'Abeille Académie, reporting to the head of the Sales Training Engineering team at Abeille Assurances, based in Bois Colombes.

You will work in a collaborative, educational, digital, and rapidly transforming environment.

Are You the One for This Challenge?

You are pursuing a Master's degree in Public Economics and Management, Economics and Management Training, E-learning Engineering, or Digital and Educational Engineering in Education and Training, or equivalent.

You are autonomous, rigorous in meeting deadlines, proactive, and have a genuine interest in creating engaging multimedia educational content.

Organized and with strong synthesis skills, you enjoy teamwork and can effectively support subject matter experts. Proficiency in the Adobe suite is a plus.
