The Role

Within the IT department, you will join the Trading team, comprised of about twenty developers. The majority of these developers work closely with quants and traders from various business units to implement arbitrage strategies executed by our automated systems. Concurrently, a small dedicated team is specifically responsible for the cross-functional technical components of the trading platform.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and evolving key trading platform components (feed handlers, trading bots, order routers, etc.) that enable strategy execution in the markets.
  • Developing the arbitrage strategies code for the different business units, in close collaboration with quants and traders.
  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance of critical components, considering the specific constraints of trading systems developed in managed code (low latency, zero allocation).
  • Contributing to the evolution of the platform's technical architecture (distributed architecture, CQRS, messaging, micro-services, observability, etc.).
  • Contributing to certain open-source projects developed by the team.

Technologies Used

We utilize the following technologies, among others: C# 14, .NET 10, Rider 2025+, Git, WPF, SQL Server 2025, Cassandra, Redis, InfluxDB, Linux, Disruptor, Aeron, AWS.

Your Profile

  • Education Level: Master's degree (Bac +5)
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years

No specific financial knowledge is strictly required, but a previous experience in a similar context will be highly valued. Alternatively, familiarity with the vocabulary and basic mechanisms of financial markets will help you become operational more quickly in this role.
